1. Capital Desk operates as a private disposition partner.
2. Assets submitted are reviewed for alignment within 24 hours.
3. Capital Desk will not contact the sellers without the submitter present or authorization.
4. If an asset is approved:
- Capital Desk is granted a window of three (3) days to place the asset into active buyers
- During this period, the asset should not bemarketed through other disposition channels.
